Warranty and return requests are reviewed according to product eligibility, supplied condition, handling history and agreed commercial terms.
AktualisiertHendatronic provides a limited warranty period of 90 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Customers may submit a return request within 15 days after delivery for eligible cases. This is a request window and does not mean every return is approved automatically.
Warranty coverage may be excluded where the issue is outside supplied-condition review or agreed product eligibility.
Return requests follow a review process before any return arrangement is confirmed.
